Confused? Don’t forget to love yourself

Welcome to the jungle of this transition time. This is exactly what we’ve been talking about—and now we’re in the front seat, watching it unfold with our own eyes. In one way or another, we signed up for this. This is part of our contract to be here on Earth.
Some have returned to repeat past patterns. Others are here to support humanity, to help create a smoother transition into what some call the “New Earth.” But regardless of your role or experience, one thing is clear: something is happening, and it’s far beyond what we perceive as normal life. At times, it can feel overwhelming—like we have no control over what’s unfolding in the world.
The Earth itself is shifting. Nature is active, alive, and constantly evolving. Trees, birds, animals, insects, oceans, mountains—all forms of life are participating in this transformation, consciously or unconsciously. Humans are no exception.
It’s no surprise that many people feel anxious, restless, or unsettled. Some sense that something is coming. Others struggle to sleep or feel uneasy without knowing why. For those who are sensitive, this period can feel especially intense—mentally, emotionally, and even physically. And more and more people are feeling this without knowing what to do.
Even in just the first few months of this year, so much has happened. It can feel like there are no clear answers or solutions. Some search for explanations, others place blame, and many feel exhausted trying to keep up. Information is everywhere, yet clarity feels nowhere. Sources we once trusted no longer seem consistent or reliable.
This is not a coincidence.
We are being guided to see all of this so that we turn inward—toward something we may have ignored for years, even lifetimes. When we can no longer rely on the outside world for answers, the only place left to look is within ourselves.
And that can feel confusing.
We’ve been conditioned to look outside for direction, guidance, and validation. But now, those external voices are unclear or constantly changing. For many, this may be the first time they are being asked to truly stand on their own—to make decisions, take responsibility, and define their own path. No one to blame. No one to rely on. Just you.
This is unfamiliar territory, and it’s natural to feel lost.
When you try to follow others, their perspectives may shift. Opinions change. Directions flip. The more you look outward, the more confusion you may feel. And if you’ve never truly listened to yourself before, trusting your own voice can feel difficult—even frightening.
But eventually, we all come back to the same place:
You have to listen to yourself.
Why?
Because your inner voice is always there.
It doesn’t disappear.
It doesn’t abandon you.
It waits—quietly—until you choose to pay attention.
Have you ever truly listened to your own voice?
If not, maybe now is the time.
Why now?
Because you have free will. You always have. You are free to make choices—any choices—and experience their outcomes. Growth comes from those experiences, whether we perceive them as good or bad. What matters is not perfection, but awareness.
There comes a point when we can no longer rely on external systems, information, or authority to define truth for us. When everything outside feels uncertain, one truth becomes clear:
The only thing you can truly trust is yourself.
You know who you are. You know what feels right or wrong to you. You’ve been with yourself your entire life.
So ask yourself:
Can you trust yourself?
If not, ask why.
What made you lose that trust? Did you disappoint yourself?
Were you taught to ignore your own voice?
How does it feel when you don’t trust yourself?
These are not easy questions. They may not even make sense at first. Your conscious mind might struggle to find answers—and that’s okay.
Because not everything lives in the conscious mind.
A deeper part of you—the subconscious—holds experiences, patterns, and insights you may not be fully aware of. This deeper layer carries your authentic voice, your truth, and the potential for real growth.
When you begin to access that part of yourself, you may realize how much more there is to you than you ever knew.
So if you are feeling confused, tired, or lost…
Don’t rush to fix it.
Don’t search for answers outside of you.
Just come back to yourself. Sit with yourself.
Listen to yourself.
And in the middle of all this uncertainty—
choose to love yourself anyway.
