How Open Is “Open Enough” to Access the Truth of the Self?

We often speak of openness — of being willing to receive, to know, and to remember who we truly are.
In the realm of spiritual awakening, especially through practices such as Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), openness is not merely an attitude — it is a state of being. It is the bridge between the human self and the higher self, between the questions we carry and the truth that already exists within us.
Yet openness is not the same for everyone. It unfolds in layers, like petals of a flower awakening to the sun. Many souls come into session saying, “I am open to anything.” But often, it is the conscious mind that speaks — eager, hopeful, yet untrained in the quiet art of surrender. It is like one who has never run a marathon declaring readiness to run one tomorrow. The desire is sincere, but the body and energy field may not yet be prepared for such depth.
True openness grows with trust, practice, and devotion. It is a spiritual muscle, strengthened through faith and the willingness to let go of control.
Three Sacred Keys to Access the Truth Within
There are three sacred principles that allow you to open the inner gate to remembrance and healing. When these are embodied, you begin to walk in alignment with your divine nature — and the truth of who you are becomes self-evident.
1. Believe in Yourself
To believe in yourself is to remember the spark of Source that you carry within.
Many live by beliefs that were given to them:
- ideas formed by others, generations, or collective fears
- rather than those born from their soul’s knowing.
To awaken to your true belief, look upon your life from the perspective of your higher self.
Ask:
- Is the path I walk one that nourishes my soul?
- Do I feel the light of joy and purpose guiding me forward?
If your journey feels heavy or misaligned, it is a call to return to the truth within you.
Belief is not an external affirmation — it is a remembrance of who you have always been.
2. Trust Yourself
Trust is the essence of spiritual maturity. Without trust, the bridge between your human mind and higher consciousness remains fragile. Some find it difficult to trust their inner voice, their intuition, or even their higher self. Others have lived lifetimes accumulating experiences of betrayal or disappointment, and so they close their hearts to trust — not realizing that in doing so, they also close the door to divine flow.
To trust yourself is to surrender the need for proof. It is to say, “Even if I do not see the full picture, I know that my soul does.” And in that knowing, the path ahead becomes illuminated one step at a time.
3. Accept Yourself Completely
Acceptance is the purest form of love.
To accept yourself is to see through the eyes of your soul — without judgment, without comparison, without condition.
We are often quick to observe others, to notice their lessons, their patterns, their choices. But when it comes to ourselves, we turn away. We judge, we resist, or we strive to be something else. Yet the divine truth is that all aspects of you — even those you resist — are sacred expressions of your evolution.
When you fully accept yourself, you align with your wholeness. And from that space, transformation flows naturally, effortlessly, joyfully.
The Doorway to Expansion
When belief, trust, and acceptance come together, they create a sacred triad — a frequency that opens the doorway to higher understanding. From there, life begins to unfold with greater ease. You no longer chase truth; you become it.
So when you encounter uncertainty, pause and ask gently:
-What truth within me is ready to be seen?
-What part of myself seeks to be known and loved?
Each question is an invitation, and every sincere intention to know the truth brings you closer to it.
Remember, the truth is not hidden from you. It waits patiently within you, always.
You need only open your heart — open enough to receive it.
