A QHHT session can be one of the most meaningful experiences of your life. How you prepare, how you show up, and what you do afterwards all shape how deep that experience goes.

Over the years I have guided many clients through Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) sessions. The ones who gain the most are not necessarily the ones who “do it right,” nor the ones who know the most about the metaphysical world.

They are the ones who arrive open, honest and ready to listen to themselves. This guide shares what I have learned from a decade of experiences as a practitioner, so you can get the very most from your session.

Before your session: preparing yourself

The most important preparation happens inside you. A session goes deepest when you come ready to hear the truth about yourself.

Make a real commitment

Commitment here means being willing to meet every part of yourself, including your shadow side. Your shadow is not a bad part of you. It is simply a part that has been waiting for your attention, and it asks only to be accepted as it is, without judgement.

Be your own best friend

You are not your own enemy. Approach yourself the way you would approach someone you love: be kind, patient and willing to listen to what your inner self wants to say.

Welcome your feelings

You may feel angry, sad, worried, weak or even childish. All of it is welcome. There is no need to deny or fix your feelings before moving forward. Acknowledging them is the first step.

Know what you want

Take some quiet time to reflect on what you truly want in your life. Let yourself want it fully, without judging whether it is realistic or deserved.

Understand what hypnosis feels like

Many people imagine hypnosis as being "switched off." In reality, you remain aware and in control throughout. It often feels like deep relaxation, daydreaming or the moment just before sleep. Knowing this in advance helps you relax and trust the process.

Decide to enjoy it

Before you arrive, make a simple decision: you will enjoy whatever comes. Own your choice to take this session for your highest good.

Creating your list of questions

Your questions are the map for your conversation with your subconscious, or Higher Self. The more honest and specific they are, the deeper the answers you will receive.

  1. Brainstorm freely. Write down everything you would like to ask. Nothing is too big, too small or too strange at this moment. Trust that every question will receive an answer. (at the end, focus on up to 10 questions)

  2. Read your list again. For each question, ask yourself: is this what I really want to know? If you already know the answer, go one layer deeper and rewrite the question.

  3. Explore the story behind each question. This is where the real meaning of your issue reveals itself.

  4. Notice your "I don't know" moments. When you reach an answer of "I don't know," you have found a wonderful starting point. That is exactly where to explore.

An example

Say your question is: "I don't have a good relationship with my partner. What can I do?"

Before your session, write down, without judgement:

  • What is not working, and what does it mean to you?

  • What have you already tried, and what did not work?

  • What do you honestly think about the situation?

  • How would you like it to change, or how would you like to change?

  • What is your deepest wish?

Be as honest as you would be if today were the last day of your life. Many souls have shared how much they regretted the things they left unsaid. No one will judge you here. The only judge is the one inside you, and in this space you can set that judge aside.

During your session

Once you are on the couch, your only job is to relax, notice and speak. Here is how to make the most of that time.

Leave your expectations at home

Many clients tell me, "I have no expectations, I'm completely open." Yet afterwards I sometimes hear, "It wasn't what I expected." The ego mind holds on tightly to its ideas. Do your best to arrive with nothing but curiosity.

Trust your intuition

Your intuition is the key that opens the door to other dimensions. Trust your gut and follow your inner guidance. It will begin to show you what you most need to know.

Say everything out loud

QHHT is a conversation between you and me. Share whatever comes to mind, even if you think you are "just imagining it." Imagination is not something to dismiss. It is the gateway to the Universe and to the energy that connects all dimensions.

Keep imagining until you begin to feel and see. Sooner or later, your ego will step back and simply observe, while you continue exploring freely.

Enjoy the journey

This is not the time to think or analyze. There are no limits here. Once you start talking, things begin to fall into place.

You can go anywhere you can imagine, and beyond. It may feel like watching a beautiful film, a quiet one, or even a science-fiction adventure. If something uncomfortable appears, you can always choose to simply observe it rather than feel it fully.

Listen to your subconscious (Higher Self)

When we reach your subconscious, listen carefully and try not to be defensive. Your subconscious knows you completely, and it will never harm you in any way.

If this feels overwhelming, imagine your subconscious as a best friend who knows all of you, the good habits and the not-so-good, and who sincerely wants you to grow and thrive. It may help to think of a loving mother, a close friend or someone you have a special bond with.

Some clients find this part challenging. Yet I notice that all of them are wonderful at giving advice to family and friends. Receiving that same wisdom for yourself is simply the other side of the same gift.

After your session

Your session does not end when you open your eyes. The days that follow are part of the experience, and how you care for yourself then helps the insights settle in.

Rest and breathe

Take a deep breath and give yourself proper rest. You have just travelled across dimensions, and that is more tiring than most people expect, especially the first time.

Write down what you remember, right away

Note everything you said, saw and heard as soon as you can. Memories of a session fade quickly, just like a vivid dream that felt unforgettable in the morning.

Take your recording home

Your session recording is yours, and keeping it safe is your responsibility. Before you leave, make sure you have it:

  • iPhone users can receive it by AirDrop at the end of the session.

  • Everyone else can bring a USB memory stick and I will copy it for you.

Please collect it on the day. I cannot guarantee that I will still have it years later.

Listen to your recording

This is one of the most important steps for your healing and your spiritual growth. Dolores Cannon, the founder of QHHT, taught that the space remains open for about three days after a session. During this window you can more easily return to where you were, understand the meaning of your stories, and even go deeper and look around.

Keep the portal open

Your session opens a door to the next stage of your life. In my own experience, if we keep working on ourselves, that door does not close. And when we are ready, the next one appears. You are warmly invited to keep exploring long after your session.

The transformation that follows

Many of my clients have experienced profound changes, mentally and physically. Their lives have shifted, dreams have come true, and many have rediscovered how much joy and adventure their lives already held.

When they first came to me, many felt disappointed with life. Some were unwell, and some had quietly begun to give up. It is not easy to talk about, but it is the truth, and every one of us meets such a moment at some point. What these clients share is that they chose to take action, step by step. They chose to thrive. I congratulate each of them, and it is a joy to watch them grow.

Disclaimer: QHHT is a complementary practice and does not replace medical or psychological care. Please continue any treatment you are receiving.

Remember who you are

We each have a reason for being here on this planet. Together, let's discover yours. Let go of the beliefs that no longer serve you. All you need to do is remember who you truly are. That is all it takes to begin living your own life.

I am deeply grateful to be of service to humanity and to this Earth. We help each other, and together we create the world we want for our future. It starts with each of us remembering who we are. When we do, everything falls into place, and we are able to make the right choices for ourselves and for one another.

Let it start with you.
